As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience by delivering exceptional service that epitomizes our commitment to quality and hospitality. Greet guests warmly and ascertain their dining needs. Manage reservations and wait times using seating software. Provide menus and announce server’s name. Guide guests to their tables and provide necessary assistance. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Assist in setting up dining areas and events as required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in reservation software is preferred. Detail-oriented and proactive approach to customer service.
