Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

- Pay: $27 - $32 per hour (Position will remain hourly upon hire)

What's a typical day as a Recruiter? You'll be:

--- Coordinating new start processes: Take charge of the onboarding process for new hires, including sending new start emails, scheduling screens, tours, and interviews.



This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

--- Have direct labor experience and prior high-volume recruiting experience.

--- Are a self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction.

--- Are a multitasker who can handle multiple responsibilities.

--- Have excellent communication skills, including fluency in Mandarin (preferred).

--- Are familiar with Workday (preferred).
