EnrollmentPosition Summary: Oversees division responsible for
driving boarding school tuition with annual revenue target
increases. Drives sales division via strategies and implementing
best practices for the boarding school sales team to achieve their
revenue targets. This position also directly oversees the
enrollment office that administers all student enrollments. Role
directly oversees a division of 20-25 staff consisting of a sales
manager, enrollment manager, 20+ sales advisors, and an enrollment
coordinator. Position will additionally support international sales
offices and their boarding school recruitment efforts in
conjunction with the international sales manager.Position
ResponsibilitiesSTAFF DEVELOPMENT
- Builds a standardized sales process for the sales team to
follow
- Defines best practices within each step of the sales process
and builds out training programs specific to each
- Owns CRM best practices and implementation with staff
- Schedules weekly meetings with the individuals and/or team to
identify areas of focus and opportunity
- Monitors the sales metrics of each advisor in order to provide
insights needed to be successful
- Clearly defines targets and focuses on the staff development to
achieve desired outcome needed
- Works with managers on developing their skillset in
relationship to staff recruitment, staff management, and lead
management
- Trains managers on how to process revenue reporting and drive
strategies accordinglyBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Implements best practices in outbound recruitment efforts for
each individual advisor
- Identifies boarding school fairs, remote seminars, events, and
additional recruitment opportunities
- Owns on campus recruitment efforts at IMG hosted events
- Oversees Elite Futures weekend at IMG as well as sport specific
recruitment weekends
- Creates a camp conversion plan by sportREPORTING
- Maintains detailed knowledge of enrollment trends, forecasts,
and pipelines
- Assists with oversight of financial aid usage and best
practices
- Identifies potential risks in the revenue trends and adjust the
sales plan accordinglyTEAMWORK
- Meets weekly with Director of Sales to review the overall
status of the sales division
- Communicates and establishes a relationship with each
department on campus
- Works closely with Sr Vice President of Academics and
Admissions Director to review state of business and identify any
program changes or updates -
- Works directly with sport directors on product training,
enrollment trends, roster management, aid utilization, and staff
performance -
- Works with the Sales Operation Director on enrollment
documents, pricing increases, aid management, housing inventory,
and product capacities
- Communicates regularly with Director of Marketing on website
language, online registration tactics, promotional needs, customer
feedback, and email campaigns -STAFF MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate schedules for the sales team including tracking
personal time off and floating holiday requests
- Complete oversight of the sales pipeline from a daily, weekly,
monthly, & annual perspective
- Works with leadership on establishing sales targets and
incentives for sales team
- Manages lead distribution across the sales team to monitor load
balancing
- Oversees the sales budget for the sales team and manages
accordingly
- Reviews and submits Expense ReportsSTAFF RECRUITMENT
- Builds a staff recruitment plan for each calendar year
- Interviews 1-2 prospective candidates per week
- Focus on maintaining a fully staffed division at all

- Bachelor's degree in sports management, business or
finance
- 5+ year of experience with sales and high volume sales
activity
- 2+ years of direct staff management experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Expert experience with CRM Software

- Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf,
fields, etc.
