Job Description Our established Manufacturing Company of critical containment products in the Bradenton Florida is growing its clientele and has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator Assistant to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction project management, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities: -- Draft correspondences and other formal documents -- Plan and schedule appointments and events -- Set up Shipment and Delivery of products shipping out of the facility -- Answer inbound telephone calls -- Assist with buying needs with the Purchasing Agent -- Work closely with the Production Manager and clients to insure a smooth process -- Work with Management on a daily basis -- Perform all other office tasks as needed -- Meeting project deadlines and the ability to communicate with all departments within the organization to ensure the success of the completion of projects are met by deadlines -- Communicate with Contractors, Architects and Engineers on a daily basis. -- Generate Take offs based on construction drawings -- Generate Proposals based on take-offs -- Work efficiently and multi task between many different projects -- Maintain required project documentations -- Serve as liaison between customer and management -- Understand the scope of work to bid -- Prospect and contact potential customers Qualifications -- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is a must -- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must -- Strong attention to detail -- Excellent Organizational, verbal and written skills -- Energetic, positive, friendly and professional -- Construction drawing experience -- Construction take off experience -- Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines -- Previous experience in the Construction or Manufacturing field -- Strong Critical thinking skills -- Strong leadership skills -- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel -- Familiarity with CRM platforms -- Ability to build rapport with clients Only serious candidates with experience will be contacted.
