Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician for a client in Bonita Springs, FLMancan Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to provide building equipment maintenance and repair. Position SummaryTitle and responsibilities will be determined progressively based on skill level and expertise within the job group.The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining building systems and environmental conditions, performing light construction activities, and ensuring all equipment meets applicable local, state, and federal safety guidelines. This position actively supports the Companys vision, goals, and core values. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain facility and equipment to acceptable levels of operating accuracy, safety, and cleanlinessRespond to building and equipment emergencies/outages and perform quality checksCoordinate projects with outside vendors and contractors (HVAC, electrical, construction, landscaping, etc.)Participate in lean initiatives, 5S, ISO, and continuous improvement programsAchieve positive results in safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and team relationsManage multiple priorities effectivelyRead and interpret electrical, electronic, hydraulic, plumbing, and pneumatic schematicsTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, plumbing, and pneumatic systemsAssist with hazardous waste management (cleaning, weighing, maintaining materials)Perform preventative maintenance and general repairsMaintain building cleanliness following safety proceduresPerform maintenance tasks independently when required Required Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of electricity, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenanceAbility to troubleshoot equipment, machinery, and controlsAbility to read blueprints and schematicsStrong interpersonal and communication skills Physical DemandsRegularly required to talk, listen, walk, and sitOccasionally required to stand, reach, and use hands for tools and equipmentMust frequently lift and/or move 3575 poundsAbility to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and telephoneRequires close and distance visionReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
