Your new role As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the execution of both new construction and renovation projects. You’ll assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and documentation, while gaining exposure to all phases of the construction lifecycle—from preconstruction through closeout. What you'll need to succeed At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally with exposure to public sector or institutional work. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with field teams, clients, and trade partners. Familiarity with construction management platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
