Job Description Dueall Construction is looking for a highly organized and construction-savvy Preconstruction Coordinator to lead the development of comprehensive job handover documentation and support the transition from estimating to project execution. Our work spans stucco repair, cladding remediation, waterproofing, painting and finishing, and construction defect correction. Whether it’s a large-scale HOA renovation or a commercial building restoration, we blend technical expertise with creative problem-solving to restore beauty, integrity, and performance to every project we touch. What you’ll get to do: Assemble detailed job handover documents, including descriptions of scopes of work, limitations of allowances, project lifecycle overviews and key project assumptions and constraints. Analyze and extract relevant information from project manuals, drawings, and specifications. Collaborate closely with the estimating and sales teams to gather and verify project data. Coordinate and facilitate Internal job handover meetings, preconstruction meetings, and ongoing project coordination meetings. Upload awarded jobs into Buildertrend, assign and manage purchase orders, and link tasks to the project schedule. Maintain accurate and organized project records and documentation. Adaptand expand responsibilities in alignment with the company’s growth and evolving needs. Here’s what makes you a great fit for the role: A bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred but not required. 2 years of experience in construction, estimating, or project coordination preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Buildertrend is required. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
