Phase Specialist, Sewer Crew, Rough in Specialist or Three-Phase Plumbers are welcome. Qualifications Qualifications: Valid Florida driver’s license with a 3-year clean driving record Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated Ability to work independently Good communication skills 3 Years Trade Experience Computer literate Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Compensation and Benefits: Paid piece rate compensation structure. Earn between $20 to $60 per fixture on straight time, depending on the phase of construction. Earn between $30 to $90 per fixture on overtime, adhering to legal overtime requirements for piece-rate workers. Company-provided vehicle for work-related use.
