Summary: \n\nMust work without direct supervision and is responsible for performing maintenance, repair, replacement and troubleshooting assignments on Zamboni ice resurfacing equipment. Refurbishing used Zamboni machines. Some travel to perform work on machines will be required. Occasional local weekend on call. Required to be proficient in completing all required computer/paperwork needed to perform all job requirements. \n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\nMust be able to use computer to look up parts and order parts.\nBe able to learn and use Service Fusion software for service reporting.\nAble to troubleshoot and repair all major systems on ice resurfacers, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, L.P. systems, and engines.\nProper use of all special and diagnostic tools.\nRequired to maintain knowledge of applicable service/repair techniques for Zamboni equipment.\nProvides assistance to less experienced technicians as required.\nFollow vendor procedures for warranty and return policies to include contact management.\nFollows all safety procedures in performing work as well as company policies.\nProperly identify and order all necessary replacement parts.\nPossess a current valid driver's license with clean driving record.\nOperate company vehicles in a clean, safe and secure manner following all required safety rules for the job.\nDemonstrate exceptional customer service skills.\nDriving is an essential function of this position and a valid current driver's license must be maintained.\nPerform other duties as required per management.\nAnswer Phone calls related to Zamboni parts and service.\nPerform shipping duties of Ice Resurfacer parts and ice paints when working at company shop as needed.\n\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nPay Range $18.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience\n\n$40.00 per day per diem for planned trips.\nHotel and vehicle expenses covered for trips.\nExpenses occurred while conducting company business will be reimbursed.\nNo company benefits currently.
