Lead / Senior HVAC Technician (Residential & Light Commercial)
Compensation: $30–$40/hr OTE (base pay commissions/incentives ;

Lead/Senior HVAC Technician , you’ll run service calls and support
installs on residential and light commercial systems while setting
the standard for quality and customer experience. You’ll work
hands-on in the field, help coach newer technicians when needed,
and reinforce company processes—while keeping communication strong

license with a clean driving record EPA Certification and 5–7 years
of HVAC experience Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and
install systems Ability to mentor/coach technicians and lead by
example Strong attention to quality and detail Excellent
communication and customer service Dependable, trustworthy, and
growth-minded Preferred (not required): NATE certification and
