standards. Master the Tech: Install and program high-end systems:
Whole-home AV, Home Theaters, Motorized Shades (Lutron), Lighting
Control, and Alarm.com security. Mentor & Grow: Direct and train
junior technicians, fostering a culture of craftsmanship. Be the
Face of the Project: Act as the primary on-site contact for luxury
builders and high-net-worth clients. What You Bring 2-3 Years of
Leadership: Proven experience managing crews in the low-voltage or
integration space. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of
Control4, Lutron, and Alarm.com platforms. Precision: Ability to
read blueprints, interpret schematics, and troubleshoot complex
systems on the fly. Professionalism: A clean driving record and the
