and productivity. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Leading
development teams in a new product development environment Ensure
project performance and execution Managing customer relationships
Schedule and milestone development/management Understand technology
employed on various programs Develop program/project cost estimates
Baseline development Program/project metric development and
reporting Variance analysis Risk and opportunity development and
management Manage supplier relationships Travel within US and/ or
internationally may be required, Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 4 years in project engineering or
systems engineering Experience leading development teams in an
engineering environment WE VALUE Ability to create specific action
plans 2 years experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint
and Outlook) Experience enhancing customer relationships Program
management skills Ability to effectively manage risks and
opportunities Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools Experience with
RCCA activities Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work
with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to
get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced
to by events Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly,
as appropriate for the topic and audience Demonstrated Earned Value
