Job Responsibilities
Provides top quality, industry leading customer service, and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations, and options.
Permitting Coordinators in obtaining necessary paperwork for job permits, including professional and administrative work in all phases of the permitting process including but not limited to: preparing, submitting, and tracking all permit applications.
Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel, including training.
Skills & Experience
Ability to effectively manage time and tasks, responsive to communication from various sources
Ability to multitask and maintain a calm, positive demeanor in high stress situations
Communicate in a service oriented and respectful manner
Critical thinking including complex problem solving, judgment, and decision making
Willingness to adapt, learn and apply knowledge
Ability to be a self-starter, while working well in a strong team environment
Ability to manage and lead personnel
Job Duties
Confers with managerial personnel and other departments to resolve problems or coordinate activities.
Communicates in a timely and effective manner with customers, management, permitting, and dispatch
Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of staff.
Answers questions or provides updates to customers and other team members.
Complete electrical permit applications, online or by hand, for daily submissions.
Handle daily permit requests and associated documents for same day permit submissions.
Confirm permit is issued & schedule posting by permit runners.
