• Vehicle AllowanceJob DetailsResponsibilities: Oversee the scheduling and supervision of trade partner activities and evaluate the quality and efficiency of workReview and request modifications to construction drawings when construction conflicts ariseEvaluate project schedules and determine appropriate modifications to schedules and resources to address the projects' needs and ensure timely completionEnsure that each home is complete, on schedule and in compliance with all contract obligations, building codes and safety protocolsComplete daily inspections to ensure job site adheres to state, federal, company safety and SWPPP standardsAuthorize payment to trade partners upon inspection and satisfaction of workmanship, quality and scheduleNegotiate, create and authorize field purchase orders for materials and labor resources as needed while maintaining the ability to manage budgets and limit cost overrunsCollaborate with executive staff in product, process and resource improvementsAssist executive staff with trade partner recruiting and vettingQualifications, Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's (Preferred)Construction Experience: 7 years +General knowledge of building codes, permitting and regulationsAbility to read blueprints and surveysStrong knowledge of construction-related software (Buildpro experience a plus)Good verbal and written communicationBasic computer and technology skills (Excel, Word, I-Pad)Valid driver's licenseHigh-volume production construction experience a plusInterested in hearing more?
