Join the industry leader to design the next generation of
breakthroughsAs a Customer Business Director here at Honeywell, you
will be responsible for managing and growing our customer
relationship with a defense original equipment manufacturer (OEM)
for military aircraft. You will play a critical role in driving the
strategic growth and success of the business by developing and
executing comprehensive customer business plans.Your leadership and
expertise in managing key accounts will enable you to build strong
relationships with customers and provide innovative solutions to
meet their evolving needs. By guiding and mentoring your team, you
will foster a culture of excellence and drive revenue growth,
positioning the company as a market leader in customer business
management. You will report directly to the Vice President of the
Defense OEM Customer Business Team and you'll work out of a
Honeywell location in proximity to the customer on a hybrid work
schedule.In this role, you will impact the business by developing
and executing customer business plans, driving revenue growth, and
maximizing customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions and ensure
