Job Description:
Responsibilities
The transport lead monitors the transport tracking board in
teletracking to ensure tiemely throughput of all patient discharges
and procedures. He/she prioritizes jobs and staff as needed.
Carries a designated zone phone for easy accessability to all
departments and staff. Maintains communication to transport
leadership and nursing supervision/patient flow during off shifts
and weekends. Monitors staff performance and workflow and reports
to the supervisor. Other duties as assigned. About Manatee Memorial

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent Possesses written and verbal
communication skills.Current Heart Saver/BLS Certification (or
obtained within 90 days)Heavy lifting and moving of patients or
supplies. Requires physical stamina for prolonged working, standing
