  Responsibilities The RN assumes the responsibility and accountability for providing safe and competent direct/indirect nursing care for compromised neonates and their families in accordance with MMH policies, procedures, standards and philosophies. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned. Ability to integrate nursing theory into practice using nursing process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to problem-solve and work effectively with patients, families, staff and physicians. Ability to plan and organize work. Ability to work independently and in teams.   • This opportunity is a night shift full time position for the NICU.
  • Candidate must have minimally 1 year experience as a NICU RN in an acute care setting
  • $3/hour bedside differential for bedside RNs
