with experience in litigating complex malpractice cases. 1.
Qualified candidates must be a Licensed in Florida and a member in
good standing with the Florida Bar2. A minimum of 4 years of
Medical Malpractice experience is preferred. Responsibilities
include all aspects of a medical malpractice case from inception
through trial including, but not limited to: providing legal
analysis and advice to active and potential clients; handling
medical malpractice intake; preparing, managing and completing
pre-suit notice requirements; coordinate and work with medical
malpractice experts; filing lawsuits, pleadings, motions and
documents necessary for litigation; performing legal research;
preparing for and conducting hearings, jury trials, mediations and
non-binding arbitrations. Comprehensive compensation package based
on experience. Benefits: 1. Health insurance benefits are provided
at 100% after the successful completion of a 90-day introductory
