Our non-profit organization believes in a reverence for life and was founded on traditional Jewish values.The RN Weekend Supervisor will support the Benderson Family Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation and Anchin Assisted Living & Memory Care and serve as Manager On Duty for nursing floors in absence of the Director of Nursing. This role provides education, monitors on-going employee performance and ensures that all nursing staff deliver high quality care. The RN Educator will perform nursing assessments regarding the health status of the resident / patient and collaborate with attending physician to update the care plan. This person will perform general nursing duties (e.g. manage a medication and treatment cart) in cases of emergency or staffing shortages.*Qualifications** Requires clear/active RN license in the state of Florida.* Preferred qualifications/experience includes: 1-3 years nursing leadership in a skilled nursing/long-term-care environment with demonstrated experience in survey readiness, resident/family relations, admissions/discharges, incident reporting, fall management, wound care and infection control compliance.* Strong clinical skills with recent direct patient/resident care experience required.* Excellent communication, relationship building and customer service skills required.* Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Point Click Care EMR a plus.* Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.* *Schedule includes shifts, typically day shifts, comprised of every Saturday and Sunday.*Our passionate employees are the key to our success and pride themselves in putting forth the extra effort to produce an atmosphere of hospitality that is unrivaled in our region!
