Job DescriptionBAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Bradenton, Florida.Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Educate and instruct patients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
• Accurately document client progress, interventions, and evaluations using electronic medical records.Requirements
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Florida.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and experience.
