Job Description:

Registered Nurse - Home Health provides skilled nursing care in patients' homes, developing care plans and coordinating with physicians and caregivers to ensure optimal functioning levels.

      • Active RN License in the state of application.
        
      • Valid CPR.
        
        
        **Preferred Qualifications:**

        • Medicare Skilled Nursing experience.
          
        • Basic understanding of Oasis.
          
        • 1-year RN experience in a healthcare setting.
