Certifications: Current BLS/ACLS Must-Have: - Cardiac Cath, CRM &
PV Experience Description: This is an opportunity for a Registered
Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab. The department consists of 5
procedure suites. The team is comprised of 1 Director, 1 Clinical
Nurse Coordinator, 4.6 staff RNs, and 5 technicians. Staffing
ratios are approximately 1 patient to 3-4 staff members. The
equipment used includes Shockwave, Laser, CSI, Penumbra, IABP,
Impella, and Rotoblator. The EMR systems utilized are MacLab and
Meditech. Common procedures performed include Diagnostic and
Interventional Cath, Peripheral Vascular procedures, Pacers, ICDs,
Watchman, TAVR, and EP/ABL. Candidates with experience in EP/ABL
will be considered preferentially. Traveling staff will be
scheduled according to facility policy. Regular weekend and holiday
shifts are part of the rotation.
