qualified OR RN in Bradenton, Florida, 34208! Pay Information
$2,400 per week About The Position Operating Room Nurse Registered
Nurse Operating Room 13 weeks Day Shift 10 hours Minimum 2 years of
acute care operating room experience required Current license to
practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district required PALS,
BLS & ACLS certifications required Description: Must live 100 miles
away. 10-hour shifts from 0630 to 1500. Variable days off
throughout the week. Call is required with a 30-minute response
time. The number of calls varies based on department needs. 2 years
of acute care operating room experience required. Graduate of an
accredited or NLN-approved RN program required. BSN is highly
desired. The operating room nurse is responsible for scrubbing
and/or circulating duties for operative procedures. Adheres to
standards and appropriate aseptic techniques. Consults and
coordinates with team members to assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate intraoperative patient care plans. Serves as a
communication liaison to patients, families, and members of the
operating team. Prepares the operating room for the patient and
surgical procedure. Assembles equipment and supplies, ensuring
equipment is functional and supplies/implants are available.
