- Physician with an interest in value-based care - Geriatric /
Medicare Advantage experience a major plus -Administer superior
patient care per value-based healthcare guidelines -Strategize and
execute care plans that center on patient outcomes -Engage in
multidisciplinary collaborationto elevate standards of patient care
