Title RN - Operating Room (OR) Location 206 2nd Street East, Bradenton, FL, USA 34208 Shift Timings 10 HR Day Shift, 0630-1500 Duration with High Possibility of Extension 13 weeks Req ID/Job Posting ID UHSJP00001434 Job Description The operating room nurse is responsible for scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures and department admissions to the operative suite. Adheres to standards and appropriate aseptic techniques. Consults and coordinates with team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate intraoperative patient care plans. Serves as a communication liaison to patients, families, and members of the operating team. Prepares the operating room for the patient and surgical procedure. Assembles equipment and supplies, ensures equipment is functional, and supplies/implants are available.
