Job Description First Connect Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg for a local contract nursing job in Bradenton, Florida. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/15/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Local Contract STAFF Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg – Bradenton, FL Compensation & Perks Hourly Pay: $30.76 – $41.50 (Based on experience) Night Shift Differential: $4.75/hr Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr National Certification Bonus: $2.00/hr Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) $15,000 (Nights) (Paid partially on 1st/2nd check, remainder in 6-month increments) Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (With HR approval) Unit Details: Patient Ratio: 6:1 Shift: Full-Time – Days or Nights (Rotating weekends) Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital Position Type: Permanent , Contingent ???
