Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a local contract Clinic CT Technologist for a local contract job in Largo, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 26 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract The CAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by a physician. These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans. Minimum Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent - One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred. - Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging - A.R.R.T.
