Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: Not Specified Shift: 10HR Day Hours per Shift: Variable start times (Start times can be 0630 - 1030) Experience: 2 years of OR experience required, PEDS experience required License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS required, CNOR preferred Must-Have: - 2 years of OR experience - PEDS experience - BLS certification - Active RN license Description: This position requires an Operating Room Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of OR experience. Pediatric experience is essential for this role. Call is required; approximately 4 calls per month. Call can occur from 7 PM - 11 PM or overnight from 7 PM - 7 AM, including backup call from 3 PM - 7 AM. There is a variety of call responsibilities. Experience with EMR systems, specifically Epic, is preferred. The role involves working in the operating room with both adult and pediatric patient populations. Services provided include ENT, General Surgery, Vascular, Endovascular, Robotics, Dental, GYN, Orthopedic, Spine, and Neurosurgery. A degree accreditation must be included in the profile or candidates must have 5 years of relevant experience.
