setting, delivering high-quality patient care while managing
moderate nurse-to-patient ratios in a fast-paced environment. This
contract position is ideal for experienced registered nurses with a
strong background in progressive care units and the ability to
adapt to varying clinical needs across multiple campus locations.

Responsibilities: Manage patient care in a post-critical care
overflow unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 5-6:1 Utilize Epic
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for documentation and
communication Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and
hospital policies Float flexibly among sister campuses as needed,
adapting to dynamic team requirements Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Participate fully as core staff, embracing the facilitys strong
cultural values Qualifications and Experience: Active Registered
Nurse (RN) license with degree accreditation on profile or a
minimum of 5 years of relevant nursing experience At least 2 years
of progressive care unit (PCU) experience Current Basic Life
Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certifications Experience with Epic EMR system preferred Ability
and willingness to float to different campus locations within a
50-mile radius Excellent communication skills and adaptability to
meet scheduling demands Schedule/Hours: Flexible scheduling with
floating requirements to sister campuses Contract Details: Contract
position with a defined duration; flexibility to travel and
