HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking a Radiology Technologist PRN to join our dynamic healthcare team. This individual will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations under the direction of a physician in our state-of-the-art medical facility. As a PRN Radiology Technologist, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to our high standards of patient care and enhance our community health initiatives. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, detail-oriented, and committed to providing patients with the highest level of care. Perform diagnostic imaging examinations like X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. Adjust and maintain imaging equipment. Precisely follow orders from physicians on the required images. Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly. Adhere to safety protocols to ensure radiation safety for patients, colleagues, and yourself. Manage imaging data and patient records responsibly and confidentially. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to optimize patient care. Proficiency in using imaging technology and diagnostic equipment. Strong attention to detail. Excellent patient management skills. Ability to maintain accurate records. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified and registered as a Radiologic Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
