Job Description Job Description Salary: $50,000 annually In need of Assistant Program Director to work alongside Program Manager. Must be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board ("BACB") as Registered Behavior Technician ("RBT") to work with patients with ASD and developmental disabilities. You must have reliable means of transportation. Looking for candidates who live within 45 minutes drive time of Hernando County, Florida, but also RBT is willing to travel to Tampa to service clients in those areas, as well. Male RBTs are encouraged to apply. BCBA mentorship is accessible. Must be able to work some weekends. RBTs are required to: -Pass level 2 background screening -Possess Florida Medicaid Provider "active" status -Valid Florida Driver License and auto insurance -High school diploma or GED -CPR/ first aid -Zero tolerance -Reactive Strategies -HIPAA -AIDS/ HIV -additional online courses from time to time Salary: $50k annually (commensurate with experience) Job Type: Full-time
