Job Description:
U.S. Renal Care, a leader in renal treatment and patient care,
is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, the LPN will
work closely with patients suffering from kidney disease and
related conditions, providing essential dialysis treatment and
support. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of
nursing procedures, excellent patient service, and a commitment to
improving patient health outcomes. Administer dialysis treatments
as prescribed by physicians, adhering to the organization’s
procedures and safety policies. Monitor patient vitals and dialysis
treatment parameters, reporting any concerns to the physician
immediately. Prepare and maintain dialysis machinery and ensure
that it is sterilized and functioning properly. Educate patients
and their families on kidney disease, dialysis treatment, and
lifestyle adjustments that may support their health. Document all
patient interactions and treatments accurately, ensuring
confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate
with the healthcare team to create and evaluate personalized care
plans. Proficiency in operating dialysis machines and related
healthcare equipment. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of proper sanitation and sterilization methods. Medical

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in the state
of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
