Job Description:
Lee Health is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Team Lead to join
our dynamic team in Southwest Florida. As a leader in the

RN Clinical Team Lead will oversee the nursing staff and coordinate
patient care operations in our facilities. This role requires
strong leadership skills, a commitment to healthcare excellence,
and a deep understanding of patient care management within a
hospital setting. Supervise and mentor nursing staff and monitor
patient care quality. Coordinate daily patient care operations
ensuring compliance with established healthcare standards and
practices. Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and
healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery.
Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance
professional development and ensure quality standards. Manage
staffing logistics and scheduling to optimize resource utilization
and patient outcomes. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in
clinical operations and patient care management. Ability to mentor
and inspire a team. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
standards. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. BLS/ACLS
certification preferred.
