Intensive Care Unit for babies with special needs. Position
Summary: The Charge Nurse assumes shift responsibility and
accountability for planning and providing direct/indirect nursing
care to patients, families, and appropriate others under the direct
supervision of the Nursing Director for the unit. Coordinates
multi-disciplinary team members, directs and educates other nursing
personnel to provide and facilitate optimal health care outcomes in
accordance with Manatee Health policies and procedures, standards
and philosophy. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other
duties as assigned. Job Information: This opportunity is for a
