Job Description:
The Clinical Dietitian in Metabolics/Genetics works
collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary health team to promote
wellness, maintain current health, and/or intervene in acute or
chronic illness in the pediatric population. Utilizes the Nutrition
Care Process to provide quality care to patients with complex
disease requiring specialized nutrition support. Acts within the
scope of practice and is responsible for patient outcomes that meet
the high standards of care provided by JHACH. Additionally, the
dietitian in this role will work with metabolic disorders and
metabolic genetics. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor degree from an
accredited college or university Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist
by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, Academy of Nutrition
and Dietetics Dietetics/Nutritionist Licensure in the State of
Florida 1 year experience in clinical setting preferred Ability to
travel to outreach locations for some patient assignments
Experience in Metabolic Disorders and Genetics preferred Salary
Range: Minimum $30.19/hour - Maximum $48.30/hour. Compensation will
be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar
scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as
a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate
screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is
held between the candidate and any hiring authority. JHM
