Job Description Primary Care Physician (PCP) Titan Placement

Salary range of $240,000 to $260,000 annually Up to $20,000 in
bonuses within the first year, with increased potential as a
partner Partnership eligibility within 12–18 months with no buy-in;
partners typically earn over $300,000 annually 33 total paid days
off annually Comprehensive benefits package including health,
dental, vision, and supplemental options 401(k) retirement plan
with 5.5% employer match $3,500 CME allowance plus 1 week off for
CME Responsibilities Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM;
last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM Manage an average of 18 patients
per day Small patient panel capped at 450 to ensure quality care
100% outpatient care with no nights, weekends, or holidays
Scheduled administrative time included Work with a dedicated care
team including a personal medical assistant Serve senior patients
typically managing 3–5 chronic conditions Practice within a
value-based, patient-centered care model Participate in an on-call
rotation every 20 to 30 weeks, territory-based Collaborate with
in-house specialists including Cardiology and Podiatry Access to
holistic health programs including acupuncture, yoga, Tai Chi, and
nutrition Patients provided with door-to-door transportation
Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine,
Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine About Us Titan Placement
