Manager is a non-exempt position responsible for direct case
management services to children, birth families, foster families,
and primary caregiver(s) to ensure they receive services
appropriate to their needs and continuity of care focused on
resolving or preventing child abuse or neglect. The Case Manager
provides assessment, planning, coordination, and advocacy, and must
maintain a positive working relationship with all parties involved.

strengths, limitations, risk factors, and needs to refer and
coordinate the provision of services to the child, primary
caregiver, and other case participants Maintain face-to-face
contact with children and other parties as required according to
state laws, funder requirements, and program policy Maintain
ongoing communication with all parties as required Notify all
parties and ensure attendance at court dates, staffings, and other
required meetings with documentation required Notify parents,
caregivers, and other case participants of any changes in status,
placement, medical/mental health treatment, etc., relative to the
child Provide information and accompany children to appointments,
as necessary Transportation and supervision of children and case
participants to include individuals with medical and behavioral
health needs Provide, strengthen, and maintain a positive mentoring
role by providing support, training, and crisis intervention to
foster parents, birth parents, primary caregiver(s,) and other team
members involved in the case, to ensure child safety and well-being
Provide recommendations and documentation related to services
rendered within required timeframes to case participants
Participate in on-call rotation in accordance with agency policy
and program procedure Maintain client confidentiality according to
established policies, federal and state statutes, as evidenced by
obtaining needed releases of information Perform all other duties
as assigned WHAT WE OFFER: $47,500 ? entry-level, non-certified
Case Manager $49,500 ? one (1) year of experience as a certified
Case Manager $51,000 salary - three (3) years of experience as a

make the world a better place! WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Case Managers
shall have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Related areas of study are: Criminology, Psychology, Sociology,
Counseling, Special Education, Education, Human Development, Child
Development, Family Development, Marriage and Family Therapy, and
Nursing. Or an Associate's degree from an accredited college or 60
college credits from an accredited college or university, AND one
of the following: two (2) years of professional work experience or
two (2) years of full-time social work or human services experience
Must have reliable transportation & ability to use personal car to
transport clients. Must have a valid driver's license with auto
