Customer Service at a Dry Cleaning store front.Hours: Typically 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM Monday- Friday and every other Saturday 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM (Overtime is often available if you are able and willing to help at other locations.) -WEEKLY PAY - WEEKLY ATTENDANCE BONUS POSSIBLE! -Paid Time Off (PTO) -PAID HOLIDAYS (After 90-day probationary period) Job Description & Duties: (Included but not limited to:)-Customer service: Welcome & take care of customers though walk-in, drive though & phone calls.- Follow proper procedure to inspect, barcode, and enter garment description into POS system.- Upon return of clean orders, barcodes must be checked against ticket and racked before putting away on racks.- Communicate and resolve customer questions, issues and concerns professionally and promptly.- Basic Daily Computer use- Cash Handling- General Store Housekeeping: Keeping store organized, dust-free & clean daily. In addition: cleaning & sanitizing common touch surfaces though out the day.- Arriving ON TIME for scheduled shift, in uniform and ready to work.- Securing and locking the store each day at close.RequirementsPersonal Requirements:A. Physical- able to exceed physical requirements of bending, lifting light loads up to 50 lbs. and the transportation of garment bags.1. Remain standing for the majority of one's shift. (6 hours)2. Lift repetitively.3. Reach.4. Walk. Ascend stairs and steps5. Bend to pick up garments and bulk items.B. Communication- Oral & Written/ typed communication required daily.
