Job Description Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility This role will partner and support approximately 1,700 employees ensuring HR systems are updated and accurate while also supporting the local HR team on core HR processes and critical projects. You will also partner with cross-functional teams across the business network to ensure the management and maintaining the integrity of employee data in global HR systems, including auditing and corrections that capitalize on the company---s strengths and address opportunities and gaps with our data integrity and HRC execution. You will be directly responsible for developing and executing continuous improvement suggestions and initiatives necessary for providing the highest quality HR data in The Organization. The HR Coordinator has accountability, setting, executing the short and long-term HR data vision across their role to ensure daily, weekly, monthly standard work, and supporting business leaders with HR data they need to help make important business decisions. This person must be positive willing to teach, have great communication, follow up, and have heavy influencing skills while working in a matrixed environment. The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in working with the site to deliver the best quality data and data processes for the HR department. maximizing our current HR programs and implementing best practices. The person will also assistant in the HR Systems transition from Success Factors (EC) to UKG. Day in the Life: --- Provide project management coverage for projects with the ability to understand data and insights --- Proficient with HR Systems (EC, SAP, My P&D, and Business Objects) to support team HR deliverables, including reporting and system entry --- Ability to compile data reports and analyze as well as report general statistics --- Manage the logistics of large and small team meetings, including meeting agenda and presentation support --- Work with HR CEOs to solve complex employee questions regarding benefits, leave, and payroll --- Maintain organizational charts, phone lists, and email distribution lists. Qualifications / Requirements: --- High School Diploma/required, prefer bachelor---s degree. --- Prior HR and Project Management experience a plus --- Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) --- Ability to multi-task and manage through competing priorities --- Excellent written and oral communications skills --- Ability to handle extremely sensitive and business confidential information --- Ability to work independently and within a team environment --- Proactively work to organize, respond to needs and anticipate what is needed by the individuals for whom she/he supports --- Flexible and able to work under pressure to include tight deadlines and multiple projects with strong organizational skills --- Strong attention to detail and interest in building a career in HR --- Preferred Payroll Experience Company Description Della Infotech Inc is in the staffing business for 10 years.
