Myers, FL. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance while serving as a trusted resource for staff and leadership alike.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a key partner in recruitment efforts; support and back up the Corporate RecruiterCoordinate new hire onboarding and ensure an outstanding employee experienceMaintain compliant and organized HR records and systemsInterpret company policies and update internal HR documentation as neededSupport employee relations and conflict resolution with professionalism and discretionAssist in performance management processes, including documentation and improvement plansEnsure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company practicesManage updates in HRIS and internal systemsDeliver or assist in training sessions for employees and supervisorsAdapt quickly and professionally to shifting priorities in a high-paced environmentQualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of progressive HR experienceBilingual fluency in English and Spanish is requiredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Paycom is a plusStrong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and documentation best practicesExcellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skillsProfessional, ethical, and detail-orientedDemonstrated stable work history with strong referencesWhat We OfferA chance to grow within one of Southwest Floridas top-rated workplacesSupportive, team-oriented environmentOpportunity for permanent placement with full benefits after 90 days based on performanceMeaningful role within an HR team undergoing strategic transformationThis is a priority hire with immediate need.
