As a Security Officer - Financial Institution Patrol in Bradenton, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations to help create a secure environment for customers and staff. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and interact with individuals on-site. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon08:45 AM - 04:15 PMTue08:45 AM - 04:15 PMWed08:45 AM - 04:15 PMThur08:45 AM - 04:15 PMFri08:45 AM - 04:15 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations within the location in a calm and problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related concerns within the location to the appropriate personnel. Document security-related incidents and interactions according to site protocols. Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with inquiries and directions as needed. Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site management to maintain a welcoming and secure environment. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
