• Review and analyze software specifications
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Collaborate with testers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Evaluate code execution to ensure it meets specifications
• Detect defects and assist in their resolution
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Troubleshoot issues
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate on Quality Assurance within a teamJob Duties:Testing:
  • Analyze design specifications in order to produce comprehensive test cases and scenarios for expected results to be performed manually and using automated testing tools
  • Identify and execute negative testing scenarios based upon identified and conspicuously unidentified business rules
  • System Test new applications and enhancements to existing software to ensure they meet specifications
  • Functionality Test new applications and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements through performing end-to-end business scenario tests
  • Regression Test new applications and enhancements to identify any possible impacts caused by changes
  • Document test results
  • Maintain and manage manual and automated test cases & test databases
  • Verify and document evidence of reproduction of any reported software defects
  • Validate fixes of reported defects, including tests for possible impacts from changes
  • Perform database queries to identify underlying issuesQuality Assurance:
    • Ensure all work produced meets customer requirements before being released
    • Ensure all work meets the guidelines & standards defined for the team and the company
    • Identify and resolve errors in work
    • Proactively identify and resolve potential problems in work produced or development processes that may lead to customer dissatisfaction
    • Productively participate in peer reviews either as reviewer or an author being reviewed with the aim to enhance the team's work and standards
    • Perform effective version control management in all aspects of documentation Education and Experience:
      • Undergraduate or associates degree in Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • 5+ years of manual testing experience
      • Healthcare-related testing experience preferred.
      • Must possess knowledge of and ability to operate ticket tracking systems, personal computer, Microsoft Excel, and VOIP tools.
      • Must possess written and oral communication skills.
      • Experience interacting with remote or virtual workforce, with international experience preferred.
      • Ability to keep information confidential.
      • Experience with Teams, Slack, and Microsoft 365 suite a strong plus.
