With over 30 years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury litigation success our firm is committed to building a successful team of attorneys who are willing and devoted to helping personal injury victims throughout the West Coast of Florida.Responsibilities:

• Actively litigating premises liability and motor vehicle crash cases directly with Board-Certified Civil Trial Attorney/Law Firm Partner
• Conducting depositions, mediations, hearings and first and second chair trials, preparing and filing lawsuits, preparing discovery, writing and arguing motions, non-binding arbitrations and other pleadings
• Consistently communicating with clients, doctors, experts, insurance adjusters, court officials and opposing counsel
• Negotiating settlements, preparing discovery, preparing clients for depositions and trial, assisting with managing and processing files Qualifications for this position:
  • 2-3 years Trial and/or Personal Injury Litigation Experience
  • Active Florida Bar License. Preferably also a Middle District of Florida Federal Court license
  • Highly driven and enthusiastic with desire to learn and grow as an attorney
  • Detail oriented
  • Superior listening, oral advocacy, research, writing and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency with technology, file management software, Outlook, Word, Excel, Lexis Salary commensurate with experience and the ability to earn more through performance-based bonuses.
