Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
Machinist to join their team. As a Machinist, you will be part of
the Tooling Department supporting various production and
engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision,
technical expertise, and a collaborative spirit, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Tool Grinder Location:
Clearwater, FL Pay Range: At least $25/hr with the right
experience. Shift: 1st and 2nd shift What's the Job? Grinding and
shaping tools for use in manufacturing equipment Collaborating with
different departments to supply high-quality tooling Ensuring tools
are precisely crafted to meet specifications Maintaining and
calibrating grinding equipment regularly Adhering to safety
standards and quality control procedures What's Needed? Extensive
experience in tool grinding and shaping Strong understanding of how
tools work in lathes and other machinery Ability to work
independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and
commitment to quality Experience in a manufacturing or tool-making
