Job Description Job Description CNC Operator We are seeking an experienced CNC Eurotech Triple Turret Lathe Operator to join our precision machining team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Eurotech CNC lathes with triple turret configurations to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications and blueprints. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate Eurotech triple turret CNC lathes to produce parts within specified tolerances and quality standards. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements. Load raw materials and perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as necessary. Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments to maintain part accuracy and surface finish. Conduct first article inspections and perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.). Identify and troubleshoot machining or program issues; communicate with programmers or supervisors as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company safety and 5S standards. Perform basic preventative maintenance on machinery and tooling. Document production data, inspection results, and any deviations. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC lathes, preferably Eurotech or similar multi-turret, multi-axis equipment. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints Proficient with precision measuring tools and quality control processes. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred. Qualifications : Previous experience operating CNC lathe machinery (preferably Eurotech or similar multi-turret, multi-axis equipment). Ability to read and use calipers and micrometers accurately. Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail. Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety rules, and production documentation. Ability to read blueprints High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Lift up to 50lbs as needed.
