Hiring Opportunity Adecco is seeking an experienced Molding
Technician to support a leading manufacturing partner in the
production of high?quality orthodontic medical components. The
Molding Technician plays a critical role in setting up, operating,
and maintaining injection molding equipment while ensuring all
products meet strict quality, regulatory, and safety standards,
including FDA and ISO 13485 guidelines. Key Responsibilities
Equipment Setup & Operation Set up and operate injection molding
machines and auxiliary equipment per production schedules and work
instructions. Perform machine changeovers, including mold changes,
material loading, and parameter adjustments. Monitor molding
processes, troubleshoot minor issues, and make adjustments to
maintain optimal product quality. Quality Control & Documentation
Inspect molded parts using calipers, micrometers, and visual
inspection to ensure they meet specifications. Accurately document
production data, machine settings, and process deviations.
Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance and Engineering to
address product nonconformities or process inefficiencies.
Maintenance & Compliance Perform routine cleaning and basic
maintenance on molding equipment to ensure safe, efficient
operation. Follow all safety protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing
Practices), and cleanroom standards. Contribute to continuous
improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing.
Train new team members on molding processes, equipment operation,
and safety procedures as needed. Education High School Diploma or
equivalent required. Technical or vocational training in plastics
or manufacturing is preferred. Experience Minimum 2 years of
injection molding experience , ideally within medical device or
other regulated manufacturing environments. Skills & Capabilities
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
and processes. Knowledge of various thermoplastics and mold types
used in medical manufacturing. Ability to read technical drawings,
production schedules, and work instructions. Basic computer
proficiency for data entry and machine interface use. Excellent
attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to
work independently and as part of a team in a fast?paced
environment. Physical Requirements May be required to sit or stand,
use hands, reach with hands/arms, speak, listen, and see clearly.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs . Exposure to
moderate noise, machinery, and production chemicals (with proper
safeguarding). May require overtime or weekend work based on
production needs. Pay Details: $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings
