Purpose of Position:

Under the direction of the Team Captain, provides oversight to ensure that properties are preserved and maintained according to NFR's and customer's guidelines and with federal, city, county, state ordinances and/or regulations. Requires coordination of information between various departments and customers.

Essential Functions of the Position/Responsibilities

? Place orders for work on properties in accordance with customer, investor, insurer and/or local requirements. Ensure preservation information, documents, photos, etc. are received timely from reps and other sources. Follow-up as necessary and within required timeframes.

? Document all actions in ProServe.

? Minimize risk to NFR by making educated decisions and escalating issues in accordance with procedures

? Review and analyze estimates submitted by reps and prepare work orders as necessary within established guidelines.

? Maintains relationships with reps while holding them accountable for their actions or in-actions.

? Process/write-up completions and estimates synopsis of all work completed and needed for the property to the client.

? Ensure information provided to the customer is In accordance with NFRs principles.

? Assign photos for all completions, estimates, etc.

? Review ProServe messaging system and notes to assure consistency and accuracy of service.

? Review emails frequently and respond in a timely manner.

? Maintain knowledge of all customer, NFR, and federal regulatory requirements pertaining to this type of work.

? Maintain work queue daily and willing to work overtime when needed to maintain.

? Required to meet or exceed quantity and quality standards as set by the VP of Preservation.

Customer Service

? Customer is defined as NFR leadership & employees, reps, mortgage companies, banks, property owners, vendors, etc.

? Communicate, develop, and maintain relationships with customers.

? Delivers accurate and timely service to all external and internal customers.

? Communicates with field reps in order to provide accurate and completion information.

? Treats all customers, field reps, and NFR staff with respect and dignity.

? Monitors and responds to all inquiries including internal e-mails in a timely and accurate manner (within 1 business day).

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00

This is mostly a sedentary role; however there may be filing which may mean lifting files, paper, opening cabinets, and bending to reach files or standing up to file and reach.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to enter data, use a headset for extended periods of time on the telephone, and dial the telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines.

Specific vision abilities required in this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The employee may be required to lift up to 25 pounds with or without assistance; may need to lift greater than 25 pounds with assistance.

The noise level in the work environment is usually low.

Requires moderate to fast paced deadlines, a scheduled evening shift, and may include overtime.

Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or GEDrequired. Some relevant college preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years of related work experience preferred. Experience in a flexible office/customer service production environment preferred. Some experience as customer service rep, extensive telephone work, admin assistant, etc.

Basic MS Office, basic math, email, internet and accurate/quick keyboarding skills.

Basic understanding of residential construction, building materials and associated terminology

Skills and Knowledge:

? Understanding and willingness to deliver superior customer service to a diverse population both internally and externally.

? Proven ability to work in a team/collaborative based, dynamic, and quickly changing environment

? Effective critical thinking skills.

? Effective negotiation skills.

? Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with NFR co-workers, customers, subcontractors, and various business contacts in a professional, courteous, and professional manner, recognizing all as customers.

? Ability to prioritize, switch gears, and execute tasks in a high pressure environment and within tight timeframes.

? Highly self-motivated and directed.

? Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities simultaneously, identify problems, and problem-solve.

? Attention to detail and must be able to focus and concentrate on the task assigned.

? Strong organization skills and the ability to follow-up as needed with reps and customers.

? Basic math skills with the ability to calculate costs, area of debris, pricing and money.

? Past experience with work orders is helpful.
