Director of Enterprise Applications - Banner (copy) As the
Director of Enterprise Applications you will:
•Provide direction for technical staff as well as work with
College stakeholders to manage expectations and complete existing
•Provide leadership, direction and oversight for the analysis,
configuration, implementation and maintenance of the university’s
enterprise level administrative systems, including but not limited
to Banner by Ellucian as well as numerous 3rd-party software
solutions (e.g., UC4/Automic, ARGOS, etc.).
•Plan and design the ERP capabilities in order to meet desired
•Provide leadership to a team of onsite and remote Banner
•Provide Banner ERP Application Management and Support. The
application and server support includes: the management of several
Banner production and test environments, the accommodation of
special requests by the Banner Data Owners to implement new
functionality and to test patches, upgrades and releases in a
timely manner, to resolve problems and to comply with continuously
changing federal and state reporting or compliance
•Coordinate and manage this ERP support with appropriate depth
of specific expertise across the numerous Banner modules to
maintain a high level of support for Banner services to the
•Support for a number of ancillary applications including
ImageNow/Perceptive Content for Document Imaging, Evisions’ Suite
of products including Argos for Reporting, Form Fusion,
Intellicheck, Touchnet’s Student Bill Pay system and OneCard VIP
Solution, a CRM solution, Simplicity’s Housing System, interfaces
and integrations with various applications.
Requirements Candidate should have hands on experience and
in-depth knowledge of data feeds, extracts, and Banner reporting
Provide leadership and coordination to ensuring data integrity
and application security best practices are followed.
Knowledge of Ellucian ETHOS platform and/or other API
Experience supporting Ellucian ETHOS Identity SSO platform.
Experience with MS Office 365, MS Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint
for office productivity and collaboration.
Experience leading and being hands on with a technical team and
interfacing with end users to effectively understand their needs
and work with the technical team to support the desired
