Responsible for the day-to-day front end support of the Human
Resources Department at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center. Greets and
screen visitors with the Service Excellence demonstrated actions.
Creates HR systems and practices which streamline the employment
process for new hires. Presents issues with resolutions to HR
Manager/Director. Works in harmony with the HR Manager to provide
consistent feedback to leaders and applicants. Ability to
multi-task and manage office functions. Strong organizational
skills required. Other duties as assigned. Demonstrates service
excellence at all times.
High School education required some college beneficial.
Experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Three to five years' experience in the capacity of
assistant/secretary. Office management skills and in-depth computer
software and office equipment knowledge required. Healthcare and/or
Human Resources experienced preferred.
HR Certification preferred
Outlook, WORD, Excel, Power Point (preferred) Lawson (preferred)
Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal
skills/customer service skills required at all times
