Job summary/overview

Benefits & HR Services provides benefits and HR consulting, compliance and strategic initiatives to TriNet customers, WSEs and internal TriNet teams. The Benefits & HR Services team possess thought leadership as well as deep knowledge and expertise of Benefits and HR fields for our domestic and Canadian customers, enhancing the customer experience. This team ensures quality service and operational excellence within the parameters of the program and delivery standards. We collaborate with all TriNet groups to assess escalated matters resulting from technology through data integrity, and research, perform root cause analysis, and resolution for the best outcome for both TriNet and the customer. Benefits & HR Services provides unique and comprehensive solutions on the issues customers experience with their unique needs.

Essential duties/responsibilities

  • Conduct initial analysis of reported errors
  • Process required tasks to ensure timely resolution of customer and WSE requests
  • Address moderate system and data errors to ensure accurate processing of benefits & HR administration
  • Manage and resolves open cases in the CRM system with a high emphasis on timeliness and quality
  • Resolve moderate inquiries from customers and internal groups, escalating to internal expertise as appropriate
  • Provide basic support regarding compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Perform moderate levelOBRA testing, reporting all results with recommended solutions

Job requirements and qualifications

Scope and Impact:

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Education and Experience:

  • Benefits Certification preferred but not required

Level Description:

  • Entry professional level. Must already possess basic theoretical professional knowledge from a pertinent degree program. Assignments should be predominantly professional in nature.
